All initial enquiries are processed through a central point of contact.  Once the basic details are established, a Lead Consultant or Business Sector Specialist will meet with the client to discuss how Tri Polus can help.  This Consultant or Specialist will define the proposition in consultation with the client and will ultimately take responsibility for the assignment.

Once the proposal is agreed by the client, detailed Terms of Reference for the work are produced and a contract or purchase order is put in place. The consultant or team is assigned and briefed before meeting with the client. During the assignment, there is a regular review of the work and the level of client satisfaction.

Subject to the nature of the assignment, internal reviews are carried out to ensure the quality of the deliverables and of any recommendation. These reviews allow the client to benefit from the experience of Tri Polus Business Review Team who routinely provide an independent review of client deliverables.

Once the client has agreed the output a meeting is held to review if and how we may help the client with further phases of work.
